Spencerport Robotics Team
Congratulations to the Spencerport High School "Robotics Team!"
Advantage had the opportunity to meet the team and see the robot they helped sponsor compete this past Friday at RIT at the F I R S T (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Competition.
Making it past the qualifying rounds is a huge accomplishment for the first year in. Their team was very excited to place 11th and take home 2 awards; Highest Rookie Seed Award and Rookie Inspiration Award.

UPDATE:
John Paul Hayden, a senior at Spencerport High School, has been accepted to the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and has received a FIRST Robotic's Scholarship. of $6,000 per year for 4 years.
