To become a member, stop by either one of our branches located at 225 W. Broad St. and 1625 Mt. Hope Ave. Please be prepared to show two forms of identification. One document must be a photo ID such as: New York State Driver's License or non-driver ID, NY State pistol permit or passport. You will receive a membership kit and complete information regarding your account. Membership is subject to eligibility.

2 – To apply by phone, please call (585)454-5900, Press 5 or toll free (888)454-2328 during business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Thursday; 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday), and a Member Service Representative will take your application.

3 – To print out and fax an application for a credit card or installment loan, please click here. Fax completed application to 585-295-5192.
