·         Ask a teller

·         Look for a branch with the Co-op Shared Branch logo:

All you need whenever you visit is**:

·         The name of your credit union.

·         Your account or member number.

·         A valid U.S., state, county, federal, or city government-issued picture identification with signature

How it works:

·         Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org.

·         Select your credit union’s name from a drop-down list.

·         Enter your member number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

·         Upload a photo of your ID.

·         Take a selfie.

·         Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid for 20 minutes).
