Advantage FCU will never contact you outside of business hours and we will never ask for your personal information, online banking credentials, or PIN numbers. If you are getting calls, please hang up and call us directly at 585.454.5900 option 5.
We will never send you a text message with hyperlinks for logging in. We will never request log in information via text message. If you have received one of these messages, please DO NOT reply to it. If you have the option to, be sure to Delete and mark as junk.
