Advantage made the 13WHAM Bright Spot after presenting *50 blankets for 50 veterans in need* to Veterans Outreach Center in recognition of their 50th anniversary. Since 1973, Veterans Outreach Center has improved the lives of veterans and their families by offering a variety of free services. The VOC’s residential facilities, Richards House and Otto House, are able to accommodate over 50 residents while providing case management care in a safe setting. The presentation and blanket donation was coordinated by Veterans Outreach Center board member Senator Joe Robach.
