Don’t trust unsolicited contact. If someone claiming to be a support representative reaches out, don’t give them any personal information, don’t give them access to your account or devices, don’t download any software, and don’t send any money.
Always go direct. Only contact Advantage FCU through our website or mobile banking app.
Verify messages. Log in to your account directly to confirm any suspicious communication or activity.
Secure your credentials. Never reuse old passwords or share verification codes, passwords, or PIN with anyone. Advantage FCU will never ask for this information.
Turn on alerts. Enable alerts to be notified of transactions or if your account details have been updated.
